Proposed Changes to the Parent Survey:
- include the proposed philosophy on dress code so parents understand why we believe a dress code is important
- also mention that dress code is a benefit to parents and we look to them as partners
- include short description about what our current dress code is
- Changes to the survey:
1) move the questions about separate dress codes and elimination of skirts to the end of the survey
2) Each question on dress code options should specify the following, making sure that all options are presented.
Option 1: Current Dress Code
Option 2: Polo shirts year round
Option 3: Uniform skirt, jackets
Option 4: Other, please specify (e.g. logo'd polo shirts)
